KH-KAHP is rolling out an AI-based medical-imaging system across all 17 nationwide centers: (1) MRI brain-atrophy analysis for early Alzheimer / degenerative disease detection, (2) AI analysis of chest X-ray / CT for cardiac & aortic findings, and (3) AI lesion detection on GI endoscopy. Combined with specialist reads, this raises diagnostic accuracy to the next level.
MediCheck centers are equipped to university-hospital standards: 3.0T MRI (brain / vessels / spine / joints / liver / prostate / pancreas), 128-channel CT (head / chest / abdomen / coronary calcium), high-definition ultrasound (upper-abdomen / thyroid / breast / prostate / carotid / cardiac), plus gastro-/colono-scopy performed directly by GI specialists.
If your checkup uncovers a condition needing further care, our nationwide network of 600+ partner hospitals and clinics enables fast referral and systematic follow-up. Overseas residents will receive an English-translated report for sharing with their local medical provider after returning home.
KAHP Incheon Branch is relocating to a new building in Guwol-dong in March 2026. The 5B–7F facility provides one-stop checkup services with dedicated centers for endoscopy, women's medicine, oral medicine, basic medicine, imaging, private suites, and lifestyle-counselling. The new Gangwon branch opens in April 2026.
According to the KAHP Annual Report (2022–2024), our centers detected 17,937 cancers in a single year: Breast 4,648 · Thyroid 3,809 · Stomach 2,272 · Colon 1,868 · Cervical 1,360 · Lung 1,468 · Prostate 756 · Liver 426 · Other 1,330 — a reminder of the life-saving value of regular screening.
AM checkup: light dinner before 7 PM the day prior, then fast from 9 PM. PM checkup: fast from midnight on the day of the checkup. No water, gum, candy, or smoking during the fast. BP medication may be taken with a small sip of water before 6 AM. Diabetes / insulin / anticoagulant medications may require pausing 1 week ahead — consult your doctor first.
KAHP was the first Korean health-promotion center to be certified as a WHO Health Promoting Hospital (HPH) and has since achieved six consecutive recertifications. Additional accreditations include the National Health Screening Evaluation "Excellent" grade for cancer screening (gastric, colon, liver, breast) and three consecutive KSGE Accredited Endoscopy Unit certifications.
